Attorney James Welty of Portland, OR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oregon provided James N. Welty with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely provide funds to clients they were entitled too
• Failed to adequately account for client funds
• Negligent in handling of client affairs
• Clients were injured by being denied their funds for several years

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Jimmy practices the Standard Insurance Company at 1100 SW Sixth Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
