Attorney James Marshall of Spring Hill, TN; convicted wife beater

The state of Tennessee presented James Michael Marshall with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

• Convicted of assault involving his former wife
• Convicted of assault involving his father-in-law
• Found in contempt for failing to pay court-ordered child support
• Found in contempt for failing to pay alimony and medical costs

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jimmy practices at 2206 Spedale Court in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
