Attorney Barry Maxwell of Madisonville, TN; cheating loser

The state of Tennessee presented Barry Keith Maxwell with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Barry found it acceptable to not promptly refund advance fee payment (cheater).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Barry practices at 4264 Highway 411 in Madisonville, Tennessee.
