Attorney Paul Williams of Midland, TX; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Paul Kobbe Williams with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter , Paulie neglected a client matter entrusted to hm.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jose’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary stayed suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Paulie.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Paulie practices at 200 North Loraine Street in Midland, Texas.
