Attorney Chadwick Tindell of Knoxville, TN; convict

The state of Minnesota presented Chadwick Barry Tindell with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Chad guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Guilty of facilitation of official misconduct
  • Criminal conviction based on involvement in the Knox County Trustee giving government employees unauthorized bonuses
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Professional Responsibility Board punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Chad practices at 249 North Peters Road in Knoxville, Tennessee.
