Attorney Douglas Parker of Clarksville, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Douglas Barnet Parker with a law license in 1967 after he attended the YMCA.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Continued to represent a client when interest of another client impaired his professional judgment
  • Communicated with adverse party w/o consent of the party’s attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Doug practices at118 Franklin Street in Clarksville, Tennessee.
