The state of Tennessee provided Ramsdale O’DeNeal Jr. with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Howard University of Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Ramsdale guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Ramsale’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Issued insufficient funds check for bankruptcy court filing fees
  • Failed to promptly respond to notices from bankruptcy court clerk to make good on dishonored (rubber) checks

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ramsdale by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Ramsale’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Improperly signed clients’ names to bankruptcy petitions
  • Misrepresented (lied) to bankruptcy court he didn’t receive any fees
  • Failed to perform contracted for services on client’s behalf
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Retained funds he received to pay client’s medical bills (crook)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ramsdale by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

 

Ramsale’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to adequately represent client
  • Failed to protect client’s interest
  • Incompetence led to dismissal of client’s case with prejudice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ramsdale by gifting him with a second complimentary censure.

 

Ramsale’s 4th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

In one matter, Ramsdale failed to maintain required trust account records.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ramsdale by gifting him with a third complimentary censure.

 

Ramsale’s 5th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to do so
  • Failed to act fairly to opposing party and counsel
  • Engaged in conduct reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ramsdale by gifting him with a second complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Ramsdale practices at 2012 Mansker Drive in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
