Attorney Thomas Miller of Nashville; repeat offender

 

The state of Tennessee provided Thomas Howard Miller with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Tommy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to file appellate briefs in three cases
  • Aggravating factor: failed to file appellate briefs in the past

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Tommy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Knowingly disobeyed rules of Court
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to file required final order in child custody case on client’s behalf
  • Failed to respond to repeated calls from client
  • Failed to keep client apprised of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Tommy practices at 315 Deaderick Street in Nashville, Tennessee.
