The state of Tennessee provided Larry Frank McKenzie with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose information he was required to reveal
• Advanced a claim that was unwarranted (frivolous)
• Erroneously believed widow had right of election in probate matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
