Judge Joseph Boeckmann Jr. of Wynne, AR; pervert, repeat offender

The state of Mississippi presented Joseph Boeckmann Jr. with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School in San Diego.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission charged Judge Boeckmann with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Gave preferential treatment to “young Caucasian male litigant” that he then had sexual relations with
• Used male litigants’ community service hours for work at his home
• Had child pornography on his computer
• Offered defendants sentence reductions or dismissals for sexual relations
• Had ongoing sexual relationship with man whose sister was a regular criminal defendant in his courtroom
• Handed out smaller fines and less community service to young men then women who committed the same or similar crimes
• Photographed the buttocks of men as they bent over to pick up garbage
• Maintained photos of male litigants’ buttocks in his home for personal use
• Used judicial status to form sexual relationships with male litigants
• Gave money to defendants to pose nude

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Joey’s First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

All that’s left now is to see what punishment Joey the Perv receives from the enablers for Judicial Misfit sitting on the Arkansas Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Joey the Perv continues to sit as a Cross County District Court judge in Wynne, Arkansas.
