Judge Elizabeth White of Los Angles; moronic loser

The state of California presented Maggie Fleming with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

Former Gov. Pete Wilson was duped into appointing Elizabeth as a judge on the Los Angeles Municipal Court in 1997. Elizabeth didn’t receive the appointment because she was the most qualifed attorney in the LA area. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Judge White was assigned to preside over a case brought by Los Angeles attorney Ramin R. Youngessi against Alhambra attorney Michael A. Killackey. For reasons only known to judge White, she ordered that the entire case file be sealed. That included sealing the actual complaint that was filed by attorney Youngessi.

White went one step further and ordered that the online access to Youngessi’s complaint be turned off by the clerk’s office.

When the sealing order went before the Court of Appeals, the Presiding Justice Paul Turner issued an orders saying in part:

• “There appears to be an insufficient justification” for sealing of the complaint.
• “The trial court’s [White’s] sealing order as to one of the documents [the complaint] fails to comply with California Rules of Court.”

Hopefully attorney Youngessi reimbursed Judge White for the costs she incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads to act as his compliant lackey.

Unfortunately, the overburdened taxpayers of California will be forced to financially underwrite the costs of Judge White’s moronic frivolity.
