Attorney Aaron Evans of Denver; idiotic loser

The state of Colorado provided Aaron Leigh Evans with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to withdraw representation when required to do so
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to promptly inform the client of any decision or circumstance as to which the client’s informed consent is required
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 4-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Aaron.
