Attorney Richard Gross of Denver; ethical misfit

The state of Colorado provided Richard Samuel Gross with a law license in 1986.

The Colorado State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to maintain proper trust account in lawyer’s name
  • Failed to separate fees from settlement funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dick.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Dick practices with the Law Office of Richard Gross at 4649 East Colfax in Denver, Colorado.
