The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
