Attorney David DuBose of Richmond, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented David Richards DuBose with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to terminate or decline representation when required
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Dave practices with the DuBose Law Office in Richmond, Virginia.
