Attorney Shelly Collette of Arlington, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Shelly Renee Collette with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Shelly guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Shelly by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Shelly practices with Pirsch & Associates LLC at 2800 Shirlington Road in Arlington, Virginia.
