Attorney David Assad Jr. of Philadelphia; lying thief

The state of Pennsylvania presented David Assad Jr. with a law license in 1982.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) client and third party funds
• In first reinstatement application failed to disclose three bankruptcy filings
• In first reinstatement application failed to disclose civil domestic matter
• Failed to give accurate information on employment application
• Owed IRS over $100,000 by failing to make quarterly and yearly payments

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Dave practices at 1515 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
