Attorney Stephen Leffler of Memphis; Dumbo

The state of Tennessee provided Stephen Rutland Leffler with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Allowed statute of limitations to run on client’s claims
• Failed to include names of several clients in group lawsuit
• Failed to disclose that left out clients should have sought independent legal advice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with another complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Stevie practices at 707 Adams Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
