Attorney Michael Jennings of Lebanon, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Michael Ray Jennings with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file personal injury lawsuits on behalf of clients
• Negligence led to clients’ lawsuits beings dismissed
• Failed to inform clients of dismissals of their lawsuits

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Mike practices at 326 North Cumberland Street in Lebanon, Tennessee.
