Attorney Tommy Hindman of Knoxville; convicted pervert

The state of Tennessee provided Tommy Kennedy Hindman with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

Tommy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)
• Handled legal matter without adequate preparation
• Failed to timely fulfill all professional commitments

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Tommy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Tommy was convicted of using a minor for obscene purposes.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Tommy practices at 550 West Main Street in Knoxville, Tennessee.
