Attorney Victor Miller of Topeka, KS; moronic loser

The sate of Kansas presented Victor W. Miller with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  Failed to timely prepare/file inventory and accounting
• Failed to timely prepare petition for final settlement
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with court orders
• Failed to take any action to complete estate for nearly 2 years

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (September 2015) Vic is employed by the City of Topeka at 214 Southeast Eight Street in Topeka, Kansas.
