Attorney Richard Neuheisel of Tempe, AZ; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona provided Richard G. Neuheisel with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard property of third persons
• Failed to deposit funds in trust account
• Failed to properly negotiate check payable to client and opposing party

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Dick practices with Richard G. Neuheisel PLLC at 1501 West Fountainhead Parkway in Tempe, Arizona.
