Attorney Jonathan Fogel of St. Louis Park, MN; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Jonathan Jay Fogel with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from William Mitchell Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required trust account books
• Negligent misappropriation of client funds
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Mismanagement resulted in trust account shortages

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
