Attorney Paul Egtvedt of Edina, MN; ethical gremlin

The state of Minnesota presented Paul Egtvedt with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Cornell University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to surrender client files to client
  • Failed to inform clients of his fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Paulie practices at 3924 West 58th Street in Edina, Minnesota.
