The state of Minnesota presented Willie Herman Davis Jr. with a law license in 1999.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Willie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Guilty of felony driving under the influence (2^nd felony offence)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Willie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
