Solicitor Peter Bevan of Queensland, AUS; lying loser

The Law Society presented Peter Curtiss Bevan with a law license in 1983.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made misrepresentations (lied) to the Federal Magistrates Court
• Failed to appear in court as directed
• Improperly advised client to not appear in court
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Civil and AdministrativeTribunal punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Pete practices with Bevan & Griffin at 84-106 Denham Street in Townsville, Queensland, Australia.
