The Law Society presented David Christopher Mackie with a law license in 1996.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Recklessly misled (lied) to client about progress of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
