The Law Society of Alberta presented Navdeep Virk with a law license in 2006.

Ethics investigators for the Law Society of Alberta found Navdeep guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Navdeep!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to serve client in conscientious manner
• Failed to keep client informed of developments in her case
• Failed to expedite client’s litigation
• Failed to appreciate consequences of his failures

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Navdeep by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.
