Attorney Hiroaki Nishikawara of Indianapolis; convicted scofflaw

The state of Indiana presented Hiroaki Nishikawarawith a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Hiroaki guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,  while he was working with the Barnes & Thornburg law firm at its Indianapolis office, Hiroaki entered into a plea agreement for committing a class A misdemeanor.

The criminal act that Hiroaki pled guilty to was patronizing a prostitute. There was no indication in any reports as to the gender of the hooker.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Hiroaki by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Hiroaki practices at 120 East Market Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
