Attorney David Lufkin of Knoxville, TN; liar, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee presented David Andrew Lufkin with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

Dave’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter,Dave found it acceptable to willfully disregard a court order by representing to clients and others that payments he had collected had not been received when in fact he had received the payments.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

Dave’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter,Dave misrepresented (lied) to court he had not received a motion filed with the court by opposing counsel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Dave practices at 5329 Brown Gap Road in Knoxville, Tennessee.
