The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Vincent Alphanso Wellesley with a law license in 1996.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Vinnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Acted with inexcusable or deplorable negligence or neglect
• Negligence led to expiration of statute of limitations re: client’s claim
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Sean by gifting him with a complimentary $2 million (16,842 U.S.) fine.
