Attorney Sean Kinghorn of Jamaica; ethical leprechaun

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Sean O’Neil Kinghorn with a law license in 1998

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Sean guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sean!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Sean by gifting him with a complimentary $600,000 ($5,052 U.S.) fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Sean practices with Kinghorn & Kinghorn at 8-10 Angels Plaza Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Jamaica.
