Attorney William French of Rochester, MN; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented William L. French with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to deposit unearned fees into trust account
