Attorney Kristi McNeilly of Woodbury, MN; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented Kristi Dannette McNeilly with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Kristi guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Failed to promptly return client files
• Attempted to charge copying charges for client files without written agreement to do so

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Kristi by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
