Attorney Gilda Clark of Long Prairie, MN; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented Gilda Marlene Clark with a law license in 1999.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statements to court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Made false statements in an appellate brief

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Gilda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Gilda practices in Long Prairie, Minnesota.
