Attorney Eric Shilling of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Eric S. Shilling with a law license in 1991.

The Oregon State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Eric knowingly submitted a falsely notarized affidavit to a court after erroneously concluding that he could later correct the defects in said affidavit.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Eric practices with Elkins Zipse & Mitchell at 4380 SW Macadam in Portland, Oregon.
