Solicitor James McCusker of Paisley, Scotland; moronic loser

The Law Society of Scotland presented James Anthony McCusker with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Council of the Law Society of Scotland found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act carefully on behalf of client n regards to the purchasing and selling on a conveyance transaction
• Failed to comply with terms of Accounts Rules in regards to Money Laundering Regulations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
