Solicitor Stephen Fagan of Airdrie, Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Scotland presented Michael Sandison Allan with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Council of the Law Society of Scotland found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Unreasonable delay/failure to respond to written and oral requests from Scottish Legal Aid Board

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Stevie practices at 115 Graham Street in Airdrie, Scotland.
