Solicitor David Clark of Edinburgh, Scotland; ethical elf

The Law Society of Scotland presented David James Clark with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Council of the Law Society of Scotland found David guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide material information to lenders in conveyance transactions
• Failed to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Leslie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
