The state of Florida provided Larry Alan Baker with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in another state
• Failed to comply with rules regulating trust account record keeping

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
