Attorney Gary Hugill of Tukwila, WA; ethical gremlin

The state of Washington presented Gary C. Hugill with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
