Attorney Reed Pell of Yakima, WA; lying moron

The state of Washington presented Reed Charles Pell with a law license in 1976.

The Washington State Bar found Reed guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to explain matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Failed to make reasonable efforts to expedite litigation
  • Falsified evidence
  • Engaged in conduct demonstrating unfitness to practice law
  • Committed a criminal act
  • Offered evidence he knew to be false

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Reed by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Reed practices at 31 Chicago Avenue in Yakima, Washington.

CAUTION: Reed is not covered by malpractice insurance
