Solicitor Simon Beverly of New South Wales; ethical dwarf  

The Law Society presented Simon Robert Beverly with a law license in 1983.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Simon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Simon found it acceptable to certify that he had witnessed the signatures of a witness when in fact he was not present.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Simon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,500 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Simon practices at 1826 Limekilns Road in Milsons Point, New South Wales.
