Attorney Richard Alcock of Manitoba, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Richard M. Alcock with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached duty of candor, courtesy and good faith
• Mislead (lied) to ethics committee (Up yours, said Dick!)
• Lied to client regarding scheduling of trial date

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law Disciplinary Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Dick practices with the Richard M. Alcock Law Office at 244 Manitoba Avenue in Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada.
