Attorney Frank Cvitkovitch of Winnipeg, CAN; cheating loser

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Frank Louis Cvitkovitch with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Requested charitable receipt for estate be reissued in Frankie’s name
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)
• Failed to comply with trust accounting rules
• Collected an excessive fee (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law Disciplinary Board punished Frankie by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Frankie practices with MacInnes Burbridge at 500-177 Lombard Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
