Attorney James White of Nova Scotia, CAN; ethical misfit

 

The Law Society of Nova Scotia presented James J. White with a law license in 1979.

 

The Nova Scotia Barrister’s Society found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly removed $8,371 from account belong to client’s estate
  • Prepared will for client regard client bank account
  • Failed to list bank account on inventory he filed with probate court         

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nova Scotia Law Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Jimmy practices with How Lawrence White Bowes at 98 Gerrish Street in Windsor, Nova Scotia, Canada.
