Attorney Michael Vollbrecht of Cranford, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Michael John Vollbrecht with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross negligence
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to withdraw when required to do so
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Mike practices at 403 Orchard Street in Cranford, New Jersey.
