Today’s “IHOP (Flip-Flop)” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Johnny. In the past, he has been the recipient of one (1) Award, which is listed at the end of this article.

In a recent (mid-August 2015) interview with CNN’s Dana Bash on the “State of the Union,” Johnny decided to exhibit his skills at flip-flopping in regards to the Iraq war. During the interview, Johnny said, “”I would never have committed ourselves to Iraq.”

In November 2002, Johnny’s had a totally different outlook when he said the following during an event at The Ohio State University during a time when Dick Cheney, et al. were gearing up for war in Iraq, which went like this:

• “We should go to war with Iraq.”
• “It's not likely that (Saddam) Hussein will give up his weapons. If he did he would be disgraced in the Arab world.”

It is painfully clear that Johnny’s flip-flop was solely intended to play to the warmongers in the GOP who want to wage war with most of the Muslim countries in the Mideast.

Congrats Johnny; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Flip-Floppers”; you are far too humble.
