Attorney Meredith Bond of Knoxville, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Meredith Cabe Bond with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Meredith guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Meredith found it acceptable to utilize funds deposited in a client trust account to pay for his own personal expenses.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Meredith by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
