Attorney Amanda Strange of Collierville, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Amanda Payne Strange with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Amanda guilty of the following misconduct.

After leaving the employment of a law firm, Amanda found it acceptable to use that law firm employee’s passwords to access info from firm’s case management system, including client lists, files and management reports.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Amanda by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Amanda practices in Collierville, Tennessee.
